1. Introduction: Our Purpose & Values

At Scoop’d, we're committed to maintaining the highest standard of service and respect for all clients and their pets. This Code of Conduct outlines the values and expectations that guide every aspect of our pet waste removal service.

Our goal is to foster trust and deliver a safe, friendly experience for every customer. Please read through the following guidelines to understand what you can expect from us—and what we need from you.


2. Our Commitment to You

  • Courteous, professional, and uniformed staff at every visit

  • Consistent and timely pet waste removal

  • Respect for your property and privacy

  • Safe and humane interaction with all pets

  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times

  • Close all gates and secure property access points after each service

  • Avoid touching or moving any personal property unless necessary to perform the service

  • Maintain professional communication before, during, and after services

  • Leave no waste behind except for secured disposal in your designated bin

  • Record service completion transparently and accurately


3. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

  • Ensure pets are secured and the service area is accessible at the scheduled time

  • Remove hazardous obstacles from service areas

  • Keep scheduled appointments or notify us of any changes

  • Maintain respectful communication with Scoop’d staff at all times

  • Avoid inappropriate or unsafe behaviour toward any staff or contractors

  • Contact Scoop’d promptly if there are any concerns so we can resolve them


4. Zero Tolerance Policy

Scoop’d maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, threats, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions that endanger our employees or your pets.

Such behaviour will result in immediate service termination and, if necessary, escalation in line with our legal obligations.


5. Accountability & Dispute Resolution

We take all concerns seriously and strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details on dispute resolution.

If you wish to bring an issue to our attention, please contact our team directly.
We will review each case and communicate next steps with transparency.
