Avoid touching or moving any personal property unless necessary to perform the service
Maintain professional communication before, during, and after services
Leave no waste behind except for secured disposal in your designated bin
Record service completion transparently and accurately
3. Your Responsibilities as a Customer
Ensure pets are secured and the service area is accessible at the scheduled time
Remove hazardous obstacles from service areas
Keep scheduled appointments or notify us of any changes
Maintain respectful communication with Scoop’d staff at all times
Avoid inappropriate or unsafe behaviour toward any staff or contractors
